    Generally, chips the size of a quarter or longer can be repaired without having to replace the entire windshield. If it is larger than that or a deeper crack, the windshield will most likely need to be replaced.

  • Can you repair long cracks in a windshield?

    Unfortunately, almost all long cracks will require a complete windshield replacement.

  • How long does a windshield repair take?

    Most windshield repair will only take around 30 minutes. This may vary slightly depending on the repair.

  • How long does it take to replace a windshield?

    A full windshield replacement will normally take around 1 to 2 hours depending on the vehicle.

  • Do you provide any guarantee?

    We take pride in the work we do and back all our workmanship with a Lifetime Warranty.

  • Do insurance companies cover the windshield repair costs?

    This can vary depending on your insurance company. We would contact your provider directly to ensure costs are covered.

  • How long does it take a repair to cure?

    The curing process is very quick and generally takes only 5 to 10 minutes and you can get back on the road after your windshield repair service.

  • Do you offer mobile repairs and replacements?

    Yes! We are exclusively a mobile business, so we can service your car wherever you are. We can complete both repairs and replacements almost anywhere - from work, to home, to parking lots and street parking! Give us a call and we will work with your schedule and situation!

  • When can I expect a call back if I leave a message?

    We respond to all customers AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and guarantee a response within 24 hours of you contacting us! We are hassle-free and get right down to business.

  • Do you have a warranty?

    Yes! We offer a warranty on workmanship and defects. We strive to deliver the highest quality service to all our customers and this includes the products we provide and the service we offer! Note: Every windshield we install comes with a lifetime workmanship warranty, in writing. If you have a leak, wind noise, or an install problem for as long as you own the vehicle, we'll fix it free. The glass itself is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Rock chips and new damage aren't covered.

  • Can you replace my windshield while I work?

    Yes! As long as we have your keys and a method of payment we are able to repair or replace your windshield while you work!

  • Do you repair sunroofs and moonroofs?

    Not at this time!

  • How long after my repair/replacement do I have to wait before I wash my car?

    As a best practice we recommend waiting 24 hours. With high-pressure systems we strongly encourage 24 hours or more before washing your car.
